Hi Jerry,

Sorry for the slow reply, I only have internet access at work.

I'm using the MaxNC program that came with my hardware kit to
actually run the G-Code. I guess I didn't make that clear. My
machine is a homebuilt router table, 12" X 12" vacuum workspace,
23,000 rpm Porter Cable trim router, 1/16 & 1/8" carbide 2 flute
router bits. I cut balsa, ply and plastic model aircraft parts. I
have a 12" X 12" "virtual worktable" saved in T/CAD, with the 0/0
origin in the bottom left corner, on which I position as many CAD
drawn parts as I can cram onto it. I then make a layer for each part
and decide the most efficient order to cut the parts since my
machine has very limited speed. Once Ace has the code completed, I
place my 12" X 12" sheet stock on the table, crank up the vacuum and
the router, then let the machine cut out the whole set of parts as
one sequence. I cannot begin to tell you the amount of time that Ace
is saving me compared to the MaxNC "Mill" program.
