I am not exactly a electronics Guru, specially regarding power
electronics but if the cooperative effort gets more people interested I can
get the microcontroller part of the project. That is what I do for a living
so I can control pretty easily pulses in the tenths of microseconds range
under software control if the power guys need control. I am available for
the project...
