Actually, Master5 uses the cannon.h interface to the 274G kernel, but
nothing else. I was thinking more of designing Master6 to be compatible to
the UCMI standard. That way I could release a PC Only version using an ASIC
as the asyncronous pulse timer and just by relinking with the reah ucmi.h I
could use the ucmi interface board for a more powerfull version. All else
would stay the same. The API itself looks like a great interface standard
for that type of thing.
