Lucky you. Nevada County's dump never really was scrounger friendly, but
up to a couple years ago the metal pile was hidden enough to allow
fairly free scavenging. No more. Makes me want to cry sometimes,
bicycles thrown away because of a flat tire, etc.

Signs posted around the dump announce that it's illegal to trespass
without permission. I'm thinking of writing the county to ask permission
to trespass when they are closed...<G>
