Old EDM Machine Questions

I was offered an old Cincinati sinker EDM with dual controls for
around $1,500. I don't know EDMs, its some distance away and it would
be great if I could get some information before I go look at it:
1. Is this a reasonable price assuming its operational?
2. Its 3-phase which I don't have. Will it run off a phase converter?
Any guess on how many amps it draws?
