Homemade Ballscrew conversion for Shoptask finished.....

Hello,
I posted a few pictures in the "files" of the ballscrew conversion
for my Shoptask to replace the Acme threads.

The conversion went pretty smoothly except that I forgot to make a
shoulder for the X lead screw for the thrust going in the positive
direction, so the leadscrew would want to screw itself out of the
carriage...opps....

For the leadscrews, I cut off the bearing and mating surfaces of the
Acme screws and Tig welded them to the new ballscrews (using press
fits for better location of the axis)

The hardest part of this conversion was putting the balls back in the
leadnuts, anyone have a sure fire way to get all of them in there?
