RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] All Windings Off setting, Camtronics 5A boards

I use this feature as and enable / disable switch on the front of the driver
box. I does in fact turn off all power to the motors however the drivers
remain powered. I use this feature if I need to manually move an axis for
what ever reason, such as material changes.
