Hi Iain:
I have been running Mastercam for a couple of years now.
I got started with a book By Lim and Shiue (not sure of the spelling on that
second name)
It is an excellent resource with a college textbook type layout.
I learned a lot from spending time with it.
I recommend it highly!!
It is available from www.technicalbooks.net, and is called "Mastercam,
Version 8 Mill."
If you have specific questions, feel free to contact me offline.
There is also a really good forum at:
www.emastercam.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi
Good luck with your purchase; Mastercam is a really good system for CAM and
not bad for CAD as well.
Keep us posted on your progress.
Cheers
Marcus
