I've gotten IntelliCAD to run under WINE. See Pfrostie's page for details:

It would be great to come up with a native Linux port of IntelliCAD, but
since it's not GPL, it's almost impossible to get anyone to spend time
working on it.
I wonder if Vector would work with WINE? I still have the demo copy Fred
sent me some time ago, I might try that when I get some extra time
(Translation: Don't hold your breath...).

Qcad's pretty nice, though I would really like an acad compatible UI.
