Updated RPM for BDI

Hi Folks
Just posted two updated packages for EMC running on a BDI install. You will
need both the emc-rtl3.0-2.10.i586.rpm and rcslib-rtl3.0-2.10.i586.rpm from
http://www.linuxcnc.org/bdi/RPMS/rpm.html
Some of the reported bugs have been fixed (I hope) along with some minor
changes to the source code. Note, this is not based on the latest CVS stuff,
rather the original BDI/EMC source code.
If you have any problems, just shout.
