THAT LOOKS ALOT LIKE MY DRILL PRESS I HAVE OUT IN MY SHOP. VERY VERY MUCH
LIKE IT. IT IS ALSO BY THE SAME COMPANY. THERE IS ALOT OF SLOP IN THE
SPINDLE. THE 'MILL' VERSION OF THE SETUP MAY HAVE A DIFFERENT BEARING FOR
THE Z-FEED.... I WOULD PERSONALLY TRY AND FIND A USED MACHINE, THEY SEEM TO
APPEAR ALL OVER THE PLACE, REBUILDING IT WOULD PROBABLY TEACH YOU MORE THEN

I've got a quick question for the list. While I'm
waiting for that sweet deal on a great used mill to
come along, I've been thinking about adding a cheap
mill to my tool collection and testing out some CNC
control on it. I noticed this low priced model 12
speed mill/drill combo

that Harbor Freight offers and was wondering if anyone
on the list had some experience with it. Is it any
good at all, I'll just be using it to test and working
