For Enco's example of the table see the one on the right
hand side of this catalog page:

It's on the right hand side about half way down. I guess
I'd have to say the the Phase II table is a knock off of
a Palmgreen table the same way the Phase II quick change
toolpost is a knock off of an Aloris.
