[CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] need special dimension metal case.

Hi all,

I've designed a small electronic equipment that need a
special enclosure to hold the circuit board. The
enclosure is not easily available in the market
because of the special dimension and requirement.
Moreover, since I'll be selling my equipment only in
small scale initially, I cannot afford making a mold
to mass producing the enclosure.

The following is the requirement:-
1. size about 2.5"x2.5"x0.75", shape and dimension not
too strict, I just want it to look like a thin
sandwich so that it can stick on the wall and not too
obstructive to view.
2. the enclosure must be able to fasten to the wall
using two screws.
3. need a small lid which I can open and change my 9V
battery.
4. prefer to be made of metal, since I'll use one
surface of the metal box as a conductor for a sensor.
If no choice, other material is acceptable (I can put
a metal plate inside the box myself).
5. need a hole of diameter 0.5" on one of the surface
(a component of my circuit needs be protruding out of
the box, this hole allows it to do so).

Since my equipment is not for domestic use, the
enclosure can be having odd/funny outlook. In fact, I
thought of making the enclosure myself, like using two
sheets of metal sandwiched together between a rubber
border, but I've no skill to make the lid, hole, etc.
(I'm an electronic, not mechanical, engineer).

Could anyone suggest me some solutions, or does anyone
get interest to make and sell to me? But beware! I
stress again, I can't order too many (at least
initially, before I can get a lot of orders), this is
only a home-business!
