I see I have to adapt a different tact to dealing with this sort of
situation. I could always just find out myself and ask how much it'd be to
send a mill from my house to place. He spent weeks not replying until
eventually he printed the email out to remind him, he took the pictures
quickly though which was good. I have no idea how some, the table picture,
ended up at that angle, he must have one leg that's only half the length of
the other.
