1-1/2-8 Threaded spindle on a Lathe

I thought I would ask this question to this group because there are
so many machinists here. I have a small bench lathe but it has a
metric spindle screw on it (M39x4) Not very many chuck attachments
can be found for it. I want to make a conversion adapter that will
turn it into a spindle that will take 1-1/2-8 threaded chucks and
collet chucks. If anyone knows the dimensions for a standard 1-1/2-8
spindle could you supply the dimensions to the sketch below? On my
metric spindle there is a flange, so I assume that there is one on
the standard inch flange. If not let me know.

Thanks
