Hi John:
Your right, Master5 will not run under NT or XP, but I hope thats about to
change, I am actively working on a new WDM driver for both 98 and XP as well
as NT. Hopefully in a month or two, NT will be no problem. Unfortunately, I
am finding that writing a WDM driver to do what my VXD does is a strange
form of rocket science. I will get there eventually though.
As to a fully fuctional demo, no problem. Let me know when you get
there, and I'll send you (or anyone else on the list) a fully functional
verison to try. My only concerns for most users, is whether the program runs
on their hardware. Master5 is a little picky about what motherboards it
likes, generally, if a user CAN run the system, they tend to like the
program. Hopefully, the new WDM will be much more stringent about its memory
practices while in Ring0 interrupts so I can get rid of the pickyness. So as
long as the demo runs for you, let me know and I'll up you to a fully
functional version to try.
