Vector 9.3 announcement

IMService has received the next version of VectorCam. It is called 9.3,
and is now full 32 bit, with long file names and file management in
the open and save dialogs. The functionality is identical to 9.0,
with a few additional circle drawing functions and dynamic view
rotation. We are also bundling a DOS based gear design program
and instructions. The biggest change is that all the 16 bit routines
have been rewritten and compiled as 32 bit. This has made a
significant improvement in the response times to skinning, offsetting
complex layouts, arc fitting, reorganize, and any other operation that
had a large number of operations to complete. Vector 9.3 will be
shipping on November 1st, after we complete testing and
documentation updates. Any Cad-cam-edm-dro group member
purchases of VectorCam 9 (or crossgrades) , after October 1st, will
receive a free upgrade to 9.3.
