Wow !
VectorCam sure seems to have the best interest of its users in mind. There are so
many "big" Cad/Cam offerings that are still a cobbled up mess "bit" wise for
thousands of dollars more. VectorCam continues to look like the most promising
software in its class.
So far I have only dabbled in my copy of VectorCam, continuing to do it the way I
did before purchasing VC. Time just has not permitted me to learn more about it.
In regards toolpath generation, I have already found it to be everything I will
need. I find the Cam portion to be very useful, especially the "reordering" of
segments and the automatic elimination of "dupe" DXF leftovers. Once the Snow
starts to Fly around here, I'll be in my "learning mode", Snug as a bug in the
basement.
I will be contacting you to find out what the upgrade costs will be from 9.0.
Thanks Fred for making such a good product available. It is obvious that you
personally spend much time in making it what it is.
