connecting camtronics 5 amp boards

i have some camtronic 5 amp stepper drivers and 1 of the now old
style db25 junction boards and am not quite sure what to do to
connect them together ie. on the controllers what do i connect the
enable pin to , and on the junction board what do i connect the all
windings off to.

the comtronics instructions are good for assembly and testing, but
leave a lot to be desired on hooking them up.
