Hi, Nelson:

Not so stupid. I'm aware of some industrial test systems that do exactly
that. Things to be careful of:

1. Current should never exceed the current capability of the lowest rated
supply.
2. Be careful of grounds. Only the common of the power supply at the "bottom
of the chain" can be grounded. The rest must have both their + and - leads
floating.
3. Be careful of the insulation ratings on the individual supplies.
