Sure. the catalogs have "miniature" end mills down to .1 mm or so, and
there
are specials that go even smaller. They are extremely delicate, of course,
and
need to be run at insane RPMs to work properly. Look in any of the major
machine tool supply catalogs. I assume there are similar catalogs in the
UK to the ones we have in the states.
