I have a catalog here, hope you are sitting down. These prices are about
a year old so it may well be higher now.

1" X 1" - .21 / inch
1" X 3" - .52 / inch
2" X 2" - .54 / inch
2" X 4" - .99 / inch

1.5" X 1.5" - .50 / inch
1.5" X 3" - .88 / inch
3" X 3" - 1.39 / inch
3" X 6" - 2.80 / inch

Once you start adding in the brackets, T Nuts, cutting charges etc
the cost of the extrusion is only part of the cost.
The 1" X 1" stuff is too light for all but the lightest duty router. 1.5" X
3"
works good, 3" X 3" is even better.
