Chris,
I make all my circuitboards with Turbocad. I draw in DXF
and then put it in KCam to scale, position and edit. Is it possible
to save your traces and pads as DXF. If so you can use the free
version of Turbocad to trace over them using a new level. Save
the new DXF and use the free ACE to convert. I was disappointed
to see my Turbocad does not do PLT files.
