You might want to take a look at VECTOR.

You want VECTOR + Rotary. About $1000
You can download the demo, and play with it for a month.
I did just that, and sent in my money. ;-) Oh, for
machine control I have Doug Yeagers CNCPro.
I've bought the software for the four axis from IMSI.
Fred Smith (on the list) is very helpful. In the process
of retrofitting an old Index Milling Machine, but need
to fourth axis for some projects. Alas, too many other
projects taking up my time for the moment, so I haven't
gotten my CNC retrofit finished.
Who had the photo's of using VECTOR+Rotary making up
some candle's? Hey, it was a neat demo of the software. ;-)
