editing digest

Gentlemen,
This is slightly off topic but....
I have forgotten how to remove unwanted sections and superfulous verbiage
from the digest messages before saving them. To save space! When I try to
mark and crop in the Outlook Express the entire message gets erased. If I
copy into MS Word and edit, when I try to save/print the remaining message
all the email related stuff comes out as "Error! Bookmark not defined"
Also, thanks for the pointer to Seanet.com. The tach is up and running
great; could use another half digit however.
