Hi,
Is cable requirement of very secondary importance or are there
proceedures to follow in the choice of cables to use for motor
drivers/controllers?
I am looking through a Lapp Kabel catalogue and there is a
bewildering choice of cables to select from - cables for servo
motors/motive power engineering; free-arm robots/ torsion loading;
positive guidance over rollers, motor-drum; for short-travel; direct-
current stepping motors; encoders;fine-wire; superfine wire; ultra-
fine wire; etc. etc.
How do most hobbyist determine the type of cable to use for
connection to the motors, power supply, DB25, switches, etc.
