FWIW, I had a hard time getting $750 for a much newer Logan 11" with
quick change gear box, newer style lever feed-engagement control on
apron, lever 5C collet closer, one chuck, bed turret, full cabinet
base with motor underneath, coolant pump, etc, etc. My conclusion
from this recent sale and others is that the junk from Taiwan has
destroyed the used tool market. Maybe I should feel lucky, the last
school district auction I attended these machines were going for
around $250 +/-.
