Logan Lathe

I know that this is not a common topic but a guy in the area has a 12"
maybe 13" swing Logan Lathe model 1957 for sale. It has almost no
tooling only a three and four jaw chuck. It is mounted on a base. Does
anyone on have any idea how much it might be worth?? I realize that you
have not seen it and don't know what the condition is like. I am just
looking for a price range to work in when making him an offer. Any input
would be helpful as I have no idea where to start.
