Tooth belts & gear suppliers

Riddle me this, Friends of CNC -

I want to do a CNC conversion on a small mill using either NEMA 23 or 32 size servos / stepper motors. I do not want to use a direct drive setup. Instead, I'd like to power the ball screws using "tooth belts" and matching gears using an offset axis system.

Who supplies a variety of small, but strong, tooth belts and gears? Any ideas?
