In Seattle Call BESCO at 206-762-3800. I would recommend the XL037
series timing belts and pulleys. For the smaller machines, I used the
XL037 for my mill drill selecting the smallest driver pulley for the
motor shaft and then the matching driven pulley to the ratio that I
wanted which was 2/1. As I recall it was a 14XL037 driver pulley and a
28XL037 for the driven pulley on the ballscrew.

Riddle me this, Friends of CNC -

I want to do a CNC conversion on a small mill using either NEMA 23 or 32
size servos / stepper motors. I do not want to use a direct drive
setup. Instead, I'd like to power the ball screws using "tooth belts"
and matching gears using an offset axis system.

Who supplies a variety of small, but strong, tooth belts and gears? Any
ideas?
