HRC62?

That would be (H)ardened (R)ockwell hardness scale(C), at the value of
62.

The bigger the number, the harder the item.

This is near what is commonly used for woodworking edge tools such as
chisels. There is also a "B" scale which is for "softer" things. I
don't know if there is an "A" scale?

One way the test is performed to determine this hardness value is to
use a device which drops a metal ball of a prescribed size and
material(tungsten?) from a specific height and measures the "bounce",
or the resulting indent in the material tested... These marks can
sometimes be found on better quality tools(and parts) subject to
"every item" testing.
