vector 9.3 and video issues

Several have commented on 9.3 not running on win2k. I have win 98 on my
laptop, vector runs fine, I have win 2000 pro on my new dell it runs fine.
Do most of you build your own comuters from scratch too? For not much money
you can buy a gateway or dell just the box and it will run anything you want
to run on it. Johnno
