That would be Michael Morgan of Roseville Machine Repair in
Easley, South Carolina, USA. He has written a book about basic
scraping and also has one coming out this month on rebuilding
knee mills. This will cover reconditioning of the base including
the ways and lub system; but not the head or accessories like
power feed. Mike is a fantastic teacher both in person and in
his books and videos. Unlike some in the machine tool trade, he
is actually interested in and supportive of "hobbyists". More
