for aluminum you could sharpen the face of an
allen wrench and use it as a broach
rough drill the head to 2.5mm and a bit deeper than the hex depth
to leave some room to push the chip into and use a press to drive
the broach to depth
if youve got a lot of them to run you can find rotary broaching
holders and bits at http://www.slatertools.com/
