The only ones I know of sold complete are from Dolch, about $5000.
Yikes!

You might be able to build one with parts from Timeline or another
outfit that does the LCD and controller sets. You can take the board
out of a PC power supply and mount it optimally in a case. (Remember
there's 340 VDC in those things, so think about insulation when
figuring out how to pack things. Small keyboards are available,
although you have to look a bit. Some of the later ATX motherboards
are quite small. Forget ISA slots, they are getting REALLY hard to
find.
