EMC BDI doen't detect printer port

I finaly gathered all my stuff for the EMC BDI. Installed it and it
works fine but it doesn't detect the printer port. I changed the port
(irq and dma) and reinstalled and it still didn't see it. Any
ideas? Also what is the preferred printer port sytle ECP, EPP,
Bidirectional for EMC?
