getting used to.
Anyway, to replace them you would need an analog output card to
generate the +/-10v signals and a quadrature input card to monitor the
encoders. The only family of cards I believe EMC supports by default
is the "servo to go" which includes both the analog output and encoder
input. I've hacked up drivers for another card that I found in the
trash, but it sounds like you don't want to get into modifying the
software.
The STG card isn't cheap, but you can probably get something for your
delta tau boards on Ebay.
