The EMC looks for part program files in a directory specified in the ini
file. The default is emc/programs. You can make it most any place on the
machine where the logged in person you are operating as has access to.
The normal file extension is .ngc. This can't be changed unless you edit
the gui that you are using but tkemc has an all choice in file type but it
will default each time to .ngc.
