Well its hard to say without knowing more, but what you describe
you want probably stretches the limits for these tiny machines.
I think you might be better off with a non-cnc 3-in-1 manual
machine like a Shoptask or Smithy.

Later, if necessary, you can convert that 3-in-1 to CNC (but it
sounds like you just need a manual multipurpose machine for now).
The cnc will complicate your life before it gets easier, and I sense
from your remarks you are more interested in prototyping parts than
prototyping a machine (which might take most of a year or more...).
