No, I'll be milling aluminum on a Bridgeport size machine and using cutters
suited to the task.
I can see where you'd have problems with too much flex on a 1/4" tool. Have
you considered using a set of progressively longer tools several cutting
passes, each tool cutting different depths? If your cutting aluminum, this
probably still wouldn't be a good solution tho'.
