the toolchanger turret does rotate but only holds the tools not
extra spindles like a Burgmaster
the turret is fixed to the frame of the machine on a pivot pin
(on the turret closeup pic follow the line between T5 & 6 outwards)
and does not move in Z with the spindle ,it just rocks back at the bottom
to place the toolholder in line under the spindle for toolchanges
its quick ,one second toolchange if the tools are next to each other
in the turret and a very simple indexing mechanism
