I've studied a bit about networking and the internet a couple of years ago
in school. If I wanted to take another year of it I could get my degree and
get a job as internet or network manager. It could be the server or
possibly wiring somewhere between the server and the user.
We have that problem here in Trinidad. Most of the time things work well.
However, due to the phone lines/phone system around here, now and then
connections get dropped, or pages get "unavailable" or sometimes you might
even be connected and the server won't send you mail or let you get on line
'cause it "loses" you password or maybe there is some server network
maintenance in progress.
