Not too sure what you mean by isolation software, but I have engraved the
outlines of the tracks and pads on PCB,s by using Eagle PCB layout editor
to create the PCB and then running outlines_gcode.ulp. Outlines_gcode.ulp
will produce the "G" codes you need to engrave the tracks.

To get a mirror image for the bottom layer you need to reverse the X axis,
(assuming this is <====> (left/right) on the PCB) so that Pos moves become
Neg moves . I do this in MAXNC be making the steps per inch a negative
number.

Eagle is available for free download from the Net (Limited to around 3"X4"
PCB)

Outlines_gcode works in inches only and can be found in CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO
files
