cnc router questions

Hi:
I am thinking of building a simple budget minded cnc router nothing
fancy. Is there any web sites out there with info from stsrt to
finish. I have limited experience in electronics. I know just enough
to make myself dangerous ha ha. I have machining experience, my main
concern is component selection. If any one could help I would greatly
