Dan,

There are a couple of forums at CADopia that appear to have lots of helpful info ....
and I extracted the following:

"The help files are installed at C:\Program Files\CADopia\IntelliCAD 2000\help
directory by default. The path can be different depending on your selection of the
destination path at the time of installation. These files are not integrated with the
product and can be accessed by opening (double clicking) the files directly. "

Additionally, you can download the help files (and sources) from
http://www.intellicad.org (The IntelliCAD Technology Consortium)
One can obtain a "non commercial" membership for free ..... which gives
access to additional information on IntelliCAD.

Hope this helps.
