Yes, I have an Accuslide retrofit from Upgrade. Mine's on an HC
chucker. I bought the basic package with threading encoder, $16K
delivered. Later I bought their interface cable and added my own VFD
and Dunham power closer. Also added a foot pedal for cycle start.

For quick second op work the foot pedal is nice. I program a collet
closure as the first operation after start, slight dwell then
cutting. Put the part in the collet, hit the pedal, collet closes,
move hand rapidly away from cutting area (not for daydreamers).

After 4 (or is it 5) years, one servo motor burned up, $900+, one
membrane keyboard replaced, $850. Not bad considering how much money
I've made off that machine over the years.

After what Jon E said I think I'll try to buy some stuff from
Omniturn.
