limit/home switches with twin screws

Hi Guys
I am assembling a router with twin screws on X.
I use cncpro,and would like to figure a homing switch scheme for the
gantry.
My idea is to drive the two screws with x,and W pinouts. Pro has a
setting for "W follow X". If I set this then I could dial in the home
switch positions for gantry to be squared when homed.
Input please.,
