For TurboCNC, go to

and follow the menus. Dave was making the source code available for a $10.00
charge. Certainly reasonable, IMHO. I don't know if that's changed or not.

For TurboPascal, it's a bit more difficult. Borland's French web site offers
it for free. However, you'll need to cobble up a French telephone number to
fill in the form to download it. You might also be able to surf the web and
find it at other sites.
