Router design

I've just posted a rough router design saved in .jpg format for
building their CNC routers. This drawing only shows a cross section
thru the frame. Z axis construction is NOT shown, but can easily be
incorporated.
It is suitable for any size table. Guide bars are used on all 3 axis.
The red cross hatch areas are guide bar supports and the blue areas
represent Thompson ball bushings.
This unit is designed to be loaded from one end. Any frames or
brackets made to support the screw drive motors would need to leave a
slot above the table for loading.
All wiring and controls would be contained out of the way on or near
the top of the machine.
