Yes there is a noticeable difference. The servos are much smoother and give
a far faster rapid as the torque does not drop off like a stepper. Even at
slow speeds the servos do not move like steppers. Yes, you are commanding
them to move in a step, but they jump from step to step at full acceleration
like a stepper does so they are much smoother at all speeds.

Try them, you will like them.
